I am the author of duplicated bug #312733
I looked in the file kdebase_3.5.9-0ubuntu7.diff and I found the "konsole.prerme" and "konsole.postinst" adding "konsole" to "x-terminal-emulator" and lacking in the KDE4.X series.
Someone more experienced than me could fix it?
