[Bug 329659] [NEW] Kmail doesn't expand folders when dragging

Public bug reported:

I have a lot of folders and subfolders in my Inbox, so they are rarely all expanded.
When I start dragging a mail from Inbox, I can't put it in a colapsed subfolder. Kmail doesn't automatically expand colapsed folders when I leave my mouse over it while dragging.

So I have to release the mouse button, manually expand the folder, and
then drag and drop the mail to the now visible subfolder.

It's not really a bug, but a very common feature that is missing.
