[Bug 332446] [NEW] java plugin does not recognise solitaire 'game over'

Public bug reported:

Hardware: Sony Vaio fs115b, 512MB, Intel 915GMA, Intel Sound
Software: Kubuntu 9.04 Alpha 3 + all upgrades to 15 Feb 2009.
I have configured Konqueror to use java plugin (see attachment)
Using Konqueror to play solitaire on site http://www.idiotsdelight.net/labellelucie.html, the game is played normally except at the end. 
In the third and last deal, if a 'merci' is used up then the status message at the bottom of the window does not get updated (it does on Firefox).
Also when the game is won (or blocked) the status does not update to say this and the clock continues as if nothing had happened. It seems that java does not recognise the 'game over' message from the site. The game runs perfectly in Firefox on the same machine so the problem is in Konqueror or its plugin.
