[Bug 334691] [NEW] konsole flow control option disabled

Running Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid
konsole version: 4:4.2.0-0ubuntu1~intrepid1

The "Enable flow control using Ctrl+S, Ctrl+Q" option on the Advanced
tab of the profile settings is greyed out.  I frequently press Ctrl+S,
usually on accident, and I don't like my terminal freezing unexpectedly.
Thus, I'd like to be able to uncheck that option.
