[Bug 335766] [NEW] akonadiconsole should not be installed with kmail

Public bug reported:

The kmail package (4.2.0-0ubuntu1~intrepid3) contains the akonadiconsole
binary.

The Akonadi Debug Console should be put in a separate package and, if
possible, not installed with kmail.
