Not present in KDE 4 anymore.

usr, please don't nominate bugs. The nomination will be rejected unless
a patch for the issues is available or the series it is nominated for is
the only affected one. So if you nominate at will it just causes useless
work for the bug triager while not having any positive effect at all.
