[Bug 313191] [NEW] konqueror unlocks the toolbar when it crashes

Binary package hint: konqueror

Everytime konqueror crashed the toolbars show up unlocked, even dough I
lock them everytime

Using kubuntu 8.10 with kde4.2beta2( dispite this is a behaviour of all
kde4 versions, as far as I know )
