[Bug 312901] [NEW] View Document Source opens OOo, doesn't show html source

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

A stock version of Konqueror handles View Document Source using kwrite
or kate or kedit. Ubuntu has changed this to OOo. However, when OOo
opens the html file, it doesn't actually display the html source code.
Instead, it shows a graphical rendering of the web page.
