[Bug 314270] [NEW] Powerdevil doesn't seem to respect changes

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

I set some preferences in powerdevil but they don't seem to actually
work.

In the Performance profile I set the "When Laptop Lid is Closed" to
Suspend to Ram however it doesn't, it just turns the screen off (the
default).
