[Bug 278062] Re: Rosegarden depends on Dolphin file manager

After rebuilding and installing the package without the kdebase-bin
dependency, I can confirm that it runs without complications. At least
for my initial messing with it. When you first run rosegarden, it
informs you of any missing optional dependencies, kdialog, LilyPond, and
so on.
