I'm having the same problem. Mine affects the Quick Access as well. I
have found that if you play with the border (click/resize) that you can
get the rest to show. I am full updated as of 1/15/09 @ 2:19 EST. No
compositing enabled in KDE nor X. I am running the NV driver on an old
GeForce2 GTS. I have let xorg make my settings and xorg.conf is empty. I
have attached my X log in case it helps.
