[Bug 317727] [NEW] Leave, Shutdown, and Restart buttons only logoff after update to KDE 4.2 RC1

Ever since the recent update to KDE 4.2 RC1 on Kubuntu Jaunty x64,
pressing the Shutdown or Restart buttons on the Kickoff menu or the
Leave button on the classic menu instead of performing the actions that
they should.
