Is anyone still experiencing this with KDE4.1.4? 
If so does it happen reproducibly?

If the answer to both of those is yes please install the package kdepim-
dbg and induce the crash. We need to get a backtrace that isn't full of
'no debugging symbols' to find out what is causing this.
