[Bug 318548] [NEW] KDE startup sound breaks

Binary package hint: kdelibs

KDE (until actual 4.1.4) doesn't play the whole startup sound, it cuts it after 2 seconds or so.
This problem is not Kubuntu-specific, but could be easily fixed within ubuntu.
A patch is available upstream.
