[Bug 319245] [NEW] konqueror resume dialogue unclear

Binary package hint: kdebase

When logging in and Konqueror is restarted from the previous session the
dialogue offers "restore", "don't restore" and "ask later".  This
dialogue gets in the way of the desktop just working and its not at all
clear what the last option does.  It should just do a restore.
