[Bug 319458] Re: Weird panel behavior

Sorry I didn't take any screenshot and the behavior is quite random. I'll try to explain it in few lines though. When i bring up any file or app the panel
seems to shake quite feverishly something like how an object appears when it's under water in a pool and there's ripple in the water.

Sorry for that explanation :-), don't know if it makes any sense but
thats' the closest i could think about.
