This bug is a duplication of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdesdk/+bug/323439

The problem is that lokalize package don't have some dependencies
necessaries for this functionalities. You need to install kdesdk-strigi-
plugin and add translations folder in your strigi searchpath (use
strigiclient) to see the statics and coloured bars.
