Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde4libs

I just installed a fresh Kubuntu jaunty with the KDE 4.3rc packages from
backports ppa, and want to admit that there is a small misbehaviour:

when you start konqueror the first time, you can see close buttons [X] on each tab - but in the settings the option for that is UNchecked.
If you check it, restart konqueror, the buttons are there as expected, if you uncheck it and restart, they are gone - it works as expected - but the first approach is wrong: Options say that there shouldn't be buttons, but they are there.
