This bug was reported on kde bugs : https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=193607 and the answer from kde team was "This is an installation/packaging bug. I just installed kopete from svn (with
the necessary prerequisites to get gadu-gadu support) and Gadu-Gadu shows up in
the list of protocols just fine.".
