[Bug 393863] [NEW] KDE4 Taskbar shows unusual icon for updates

I don't know if this is a problem of the update-manager-kde or of the
plasma KDE4 taskbar:

The icon for updates is unreadable.

I do this: typing on a console "sudo apt-get update"

When there are news packages available an icon should appear. - But it
does not look normal (See attachment).
