[Bug 398023] [NEW] plasma-widget-network-manager shows VPN dialog twice

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-network-manager

Using KDe 4.3RC1, right click on the nm plasma applet, select "manage
connections", on tab "VPN" click button "add"->"OpenVPN";

just press "cancel" on the upcoming dialog;
the dialog shows up another time - if you press cancel again it disappears finally.
