[Bug 399155] [NEW] Non-Konqueror browser in KDE results in bouncing icons for both browsers

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

kfmclient uses the Konqueror icon, so if you set Firefox as
default...or, well, Arora is Kubuntu's default now, when you click a
link, you'll get a bouncing Firefox/Arora icon, then after a couple
seconds it'll switch to a Konqueror icon leaving users like me wondering
which browser will open after all.
