Hello,
Yes, I checked some potential sources of problems but didn't find. Your
problem is absolutely the same as mine. Seems it is a bug. Normal, but
annoying, for a Release Candidate.....

I don't have any problems with kstars (but, I just installed it). And I
don't have indi.

Let's wait for a fix !
