[Bug 372302] Re: duplicate kdeglobals configuration file

This bug was fixed in the package kubuntu-default-settings - 1:9.10.10

kubuntu-default-settings (1:9.10.10) karmic; urgency=low

  * Don't install kdeglobals to /etc/kde4 (previously introduced workaround),
    it appears that now the settings get applied from the profile as well.
    Also, it prevents additional default-settings packages to override
    settings already defined in this kdeglobals (e.g. fonts) (LP: #372302)
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.2
