I would like to add that downgrading from plasma-widget-network-manager
Version: 0.0+svn966653-0ubuntu0.1  (the version after the upgrade to kde
4.3 RC3) to the previous version of  plasma-widget-network-manager
Version: 0.0+svn930811-0ubuntu2 (the version before the upgrade) seem
not to fix the problem.  So this may not be a problem with the plasma-
widget-network-manager package its self
