[Bug 404665] [NEW] Akonadi VCard Directory resource not usable in KAddressBook

Binary package hint: kdepim

It should be possible to use a VCard Directory resource as an Akonadi
source from KAddressBook. But this doesn't work: If you add such a
source via Manage Address Book Sources, it doesn't appear in the list in
the Resource Configuration dialog (nor the Address Book list in the main
window).  VCard File resources and Distribution lists do work.
