[Bug 312281] [NEW] No dialog when inserting dvd/cd

I have kubuntu 8.10. 
When I insert a usb storage, I get a nice dialog. But when I insert a data cd or dvd, I get no dialog. The location is also not added to dolphin.
I have to manually mount the cd or dvd to use them.
