[Bug 405016] [NEW] package libqt4-xml 4.5.0-0ubuntu4.1 failed to install/upgrade: package libqt4-xml is already installed and configured

Public bug reported:

I have no idea why or how I generated this error.
I have just installed 9.04, loaded wine, kexi, using synaptic package manager, 
then I was looking at BBC website that required swf plugin.
I clicked on the 'click here to download' option and downloaded 
 http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_10_linux.deb
choosing to open with the Gdebi package installer.
I can not get flsh to play, so after rebooting (just in case), I was looking at the forum to get help.
 Then I was advised that a crash report was detected
 . . . so here I am!
