Binary package hint: qt4-demos

There are numerous missing files from the qt4-demos distribution that is
installed under /usr/lib/qt4/examples. The missing files can be found in
the qt-sdk-linux-x86_64-opensource-2009.03.1.bin (and other platforms,
of course) available from the QT software distribution site
(http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads).

Expected: Build (make) examples in /usr/lib/qt4/examples after qmake.
Happened: Build failed with file not found errors. Downloaded and installed the current Qt4 LGPL distribution for the platform (qt-sdk-linux-x86_64-opensource-2009.03.1.bin) from http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads in a temporary location and copied the missing files into the /usr/lib/qt4/examples location as each build failed occurred. The files from this distribution were used to provide the missing files in the Ubuntu distribution at each build fail point.
