I confirm it, very annoying, for me it happens quite often(I have delete
key near print screen).  It's decreases whole system stability because
there is no way to save all work opened in KDE after it happens. After
swiching to console, killall -9 ksnapshot && killall kdeinit4 and
switching back , more new instances of ksnapshots shows up, and X goes
unresponsive.
