[Bug 393541] [NEW] Color Effects Output Incorrect

Using Color Effects ... The preview in 'Color Effects>Find Edges' is totally different to the data output. There is a significant color shift and in this option (in some cases only) there is also a pronounced, unpleasant, griding effect that is added.
This color shift appears to also effect other Color Effect options.
Currently using Ver 0.11.0 but problem seen on earlier versions.
