Do you have the package "kile-dbg" installed (as you use the ppa version)? Looks like all the debug symbols is missing.
Furthermore; when kile crashes the kde crash handler should start and show you a backtrace; there should be no need to use gdb. When you get a new backtrace in that way with kile-dbg installed; just open a new bug; makes it easier to keep things apart. Thanks.
