Hi,
Could you inform us as to what type of video card you have? From the crash log it seems to be an issue in the OpenGL implementation of the video driver. Unforunately, since the nvidia driver is closed-source (the Ubuntu developers can only file bugs with nvidia) it will be somewhat more difficult to get a fix.
