[Bug 339208] [NEW] cannot receive files in icq

Public bug reported:

In kubuntu jaunty, i am unable to receive files in icq. Sending works
like a charm.

It seems to be similar to the bug i found filed for opensuse -
http://forums.opensuse.org/applications/397769-kopete-file-transfer.html
- but unlike that, I get nothing meaningful in .xsession-errors.

It might be NAT-related, but the bug also persists if i connect
somewhere else over a vpn.
