[Bug 339936] [NEW] some strings are not translated

Binary package hint: kdebase

I'm using KDE 4.2 Italian.
I can say that 10% of strings and menu items are untranslated.

Some examples:

DOLPHIN -> Aiuto
untranslated "Translate This Application" and "Get Help Online"

Impostazioni di sistema -> Avvio Automatico
Untranslated "Add Program..." and "Add Script..."

and so on... many strings are correctly shown in Italian, but these are
in English (10-20%)
