[Bug 342017] [NEW] kpackagekit update notification tray icons disappear after only a few seconds

When KPackageKit does an automatic update of the APT indices and finds
that there is an update, it displays a tray icon and a KDE notification.
The KDE notification disappears as it should after a few seconds.
However, the icon disappears too, so the average user would probably not
realize that there were any updates at all.  The icon should stay in the
system tray until the user dismisses it or applies the updates, like the
old update notifier did.
