[Bug 342379] [NEW] Main Inclusion Request for gtk2-engines-qtcurve/ Use gtk2-engines-qtcurve as the default theme in Kubuntu

The basic rationale is that gtk-qt-engine is very buggy. This theme is
not buggy and pretty well matches our default KDE widget theme.
Sebastien Bacher will probably like this one. ;-)

Will require gtk2-engines-qtcurve in main and probably setting it in
kubuntu-default-settings
