[Bug 342682] [NEW] Kmenuedit cause plasma lock

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

After running Kmenuedit, plasma was locked.  This happened even when I
didn't change anything in Kmenuedit.

It only happened when I opened Kmenuedit by right click at the Kickoff
Menu and chose "Menu Editor".  When I execute kmenuedit  from konsole,
everything is just fine.

After plasma was locked, the only solution is to restart kdm.
