[Bug 342418] Re: KNetworkManager won't connect automatically

Although I am in the circumstance of having my network shut down
permanently whenever I close my laptop, but that's a deeper problem--
restarting KNetworkManager doesn't fix it. I don't know what package
that's in, though.
