[Bug 343964] [NEW] kdebase-workspace-bin broken after upgrade

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace-bin

After being told there were updates, I went ahead and upgraded.  Noticed
a few KDE packages.  restarted x, and now plasma won't run.
