[Bug 345147] [NEW] Battery icon in PowerDevil applet is stretched and battery percentage does not appear until the applet is resized.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

On Kubuntu Jaunty with all updates applied, the battery icon in the
PowerDevil applet (accessed by clicking the battery icon in the system
tray) appears stretched horizontally.  Additionally, the battery
percentage does not appear on top of the icon.  Both of these problems
go away if the applet is resized and then returned to its normal size.
