[Bug 345321] [NEW] New usplash theme's progress bar is not visible on the right side of the bar

Binary package hint: kubuntu-default-settings

The new Usplash theme for Kubuntu has a progress bar which fades out
from light blue to darker blue as it reaches the end of the bar.  This,
combined with the dark blue background of the bar, results in the
progress indicator not being visible once it gets near the end.
