[Bug 345672] [NEW] epub support missing

Public bug reported:

The package says that it supports the epub format and the upstream code
does support building with epub support but even with this package
installed support for epub is not available.

I currently have 9.04 alpha 6 installed with all available updates and
this is still the case.
