[Bug 338297] Re: KDE4 applications can't open files whose names contain accented letters

The problem reappeared, but only for Gwenview. Kate and Okular open
files with accents normally.

Reproducing:
1 - Create folder ~/Test
2 - Save two images in this folder. One called test.jpg, another called tést.jpg (with accent)
3 - Try to open them with Gwenview. The one with accent doesn't work (see screenshot attached)
4 - Rename the folder to ~/Tést (with accent)
5 - Try to open the images, none of them open now because there's an accent in the path
