[Bug 348003] Re: Quick Access Widget Closes when Notifications appear

QuickAccess is a passive popup, meaning that it will close when it
looses focus. We can't change this behavior, or otherwise you couldn't
close the QuickAccess applet by clicking elsewhere on the screen, but
only by clicking on the icon.
