[Bug 348823] [NEW] Animated GIFs don't animate in KHTML in Jaunty

When I go to an website that has animated GIFs, like
http://harrythecat.com/dorret/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=76&Itemid=167
using Konquerer with the KHTML backend, the animated GIFs don't animate,
even if animations are fully enabled in the configuration. Animations do
animate fine in Gwenview. I've been told on the KDE IRC channel that
this is due to Qt 4.5.

I'm in Kubuntu Jaunty beta, with all updates applied.
