[Bug 349422] [NEW] konsole command line parsing in profile broken (number of unquoted spaces is not ignored)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konsole

Summary: the number of unquoted spaces in the command line field of a
konsole profile is not ignored. E.g.

Command=listargs  foo  bar   "bla bla"

results in:

  args: <> <foo> <> <bar> <> <> <bla bla>

instead of

 args: <foo> <bar> <bla bla>

as every shell would to it. I've reported the bug upstream (includeing my test script listargs and example profiles
to reproduce the bug)

  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188230

and added it here to make sure the fix finds it's way into kubuntu.
