Somehow I missed adding this bug to the Debian changelog and it didn't
get closed upon upload yesterday. This has been fixed. The documentation
was always there, just not in the right place due to a recent change
that moved them from /usr/share/doc/kde4 to /usr/share/doc/kde instead.
Because of this, the help KIO was looking in the right place, but the
kubuntu-docs package was from 8.10 at that time still and was not in the
location where KIO was looking, or KHelpCenter.
