 I saw in the synaptic and I dont' have any packed installed such that name:
phonon-backend-gstreamer. The closer packet who is installed is  Phonon Xine 1.1.x backend.
the latest upgrade who I did only a packet wasn't upgrade:

language-support-translations-en-1.9.04


but thansk  for you time... that is a mess.
