[Bug 283328] Re: umbrello text notes do not work

Bug still present in package version 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu1.

By way of connecting the note to the activity, I used the "Anchor"
command.

Versions:
- Umbrello 2.2.2
- KDE 4.2.2
- Kubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty)
